The Field Laborer will support general construction activities across a variety of job sites, assisting skilled trades and project teams with daily tasks. This role provides hands‑on experience in the construction industry while contributing to secure, efficient, and organized work environments. Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, equipment support, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow direction in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general construction tasks on job sites under the direction of supervisors and skilled trades

Prepare job sites by setting up materials, tools, and equipment

Load, unload, and transport construction materials and supplies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including site cleanup and debris removal Support various trades with basic labor tasks

Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely as instructed

Follow all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures

Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as required

Report hazards, safety concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors





Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines

Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Requirements

Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt within a rapidly evolving environment

Works effectively in a team setting with strong attention to detail

Exhibits strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on professional customer service.

Maintains foundational knowledge of construction practices and basic computer skills

Has completed required health and safety training and adheres to all safety regulations
