Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders

Suggest additional items as recommended

Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking/merchandising

Receive/count inventory

Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships

Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge

Requirements





Excellent communication skills

Ag parts/machinery knowledge

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Experience working with software systems

Ability to lift heavy parts

Valid driver's license

Work flexible/extended hours and weekends

Farming background/experience an asset

2+ yrs experience in a Parts workplace

Red Seal in Parts an asset
