What you’ll do Set and oversee the visual standards of apparel and footwear.
Coach, mentor, and develop the department team, providing ongoing feedback, setting expectations, and conducting huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
Build and manage a daily game and sales plan for the department.
Develop individual development plans for full‑time staff to improve performance gaps.
Develop and maintain a positive work environment and drive exceptional customer experience.
Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with customers and staying updated on sports and sporting goods trends.

Minimum requirements Minimum 2 years in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.




Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry (asset).
Compensation and benefits Salary range: $42,500–$57,000 (varies with experience, store size, location, benchmarks, equity, role requirements).
