Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Propane Clerk on a permanent basis at our Propane Branch in La Ronge, SK. This is an on-site position. If you enjoy customer service and have a strong attention to detail, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Propane team and provide exceptional support to customers.

What you'll do:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with drivers and service personnel

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to maintain accurate sales records

Maintain filing systems and branch documentation

Order and track inventory for branch supplies

Perform other duties as assigned

Who you'll work with:
You will work closely with Drivers and Service Technicians and report to the Manager, Propane Operations in a collaborative,



customer-focused environment.

Who you are:

12 years experience in a related administrative or customer service role

High School Diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

Wage range: $21.18 $26.74/hour (based on qualifications)
