Job Summary Pay Band Physical Therapist – Degree $40,187 to $49,255 (5‑step range)
Location: Saskatoon
Employment: Part‑time, Permanent, 0.86 FTE
Shift: Days, Weekends, Standby – 24 shifts of 8 hours over 6 weeks.
Responsibilities Report directly to the Senior Physical Therapist; treat patients assigned to the senior therapist by physical therapy.
Direct, guide, and evaluate physical therapy students.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Concentration and attention for resident/patient assessment.
Initiative & judgment to plan, implement, and modify treatment programs for clients.
Ability to cope with clients dealing with stress/psychosocial issues.
Ability to plan,



organize, and prioritize work in collaboration with others.
Ability to integrate ideas into a team treatment approach.
Creative problem solving in an open and resourceful manner.
Ability to collect, record, report comprehensive client information accurately.
Ability and flexibility in adapting to changing situations and environments.
Concentration and attention for treatment, teaching, and report writing.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others as required.
Additional Information Preference will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
