Looking for a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same? Discovery Towing is hiring a Tow Truck Operator to join our team!
As part of the Discovery group including Discovery Ford Sales and Discovery Edge Collision & Glass you’ll play an important role helping customers when they need it most.
Responsibilities Respond to roadside calls and assist customers in a variety of situations
Safely load, transport, and recover vehicles in all conditions
Operate towing equipment including winches, straps, and securing devices
Perform vehicle recoveries, including overturned vehicles when required
Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain equipment logs
Communicate with customers and dispatch in a professional, respectful manner
Complete daily paperwork including service reports and trip logs
Schedule This is an on‑call position (24/7 rotation),



with scheduled weeks working at Discovery Ford in between rotations offering variety in your day‑to‑day work.
Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid Class 5 or Class 3 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Willingness to obtain air‑brake endorsement (training provided)
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening
