Olathe Medical Pavilion seeks a Patient Registration Representative to provide exceptional service and accurate patient data handling. This part-time PRN position requires availability during weekday hours.

As a Patient Registration Representative, your role involves conducting registrations for various patient circumstances including inpatient and outpatient services. Key tasks include ensuring the accuracy of patient information and financial data while offering compassionate support to patients and families. Your focus on service will help create a welcoming setting that enhances overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Admit and register patients, both scheduled and emergent
• Conduct bedside admissions for direct admits when needed




• Greet patients and gather essential identification data
• Document consent forms and patient policies for comprehension
• Ensure compliance with relevant insurance guidelines

Requirements:
• High School Graduate or GED
• Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow documentation and patient privacy regulations
• Available for daytime shifts, Monday to Friday

Support patient care and service excellence as part of Olathe Hospital's registration team.
