Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain espresso and coffee brewing systems
• Inspire customer loyalty through dependable service
• Inspections and maintenance performed in a timely manner




• Complete all required service documentation correctly
• Assemble strong relationships with clients to understand needs

Requirements:
• One year(s) experience in equipment servicing preferred
• Experience in a customer service role for one year
• Robust smartphone skills for managing tasks
• Valid, clean driving license required
• Capability to lift and move 50 lbs
