Do you have a passion for working with children? Do you like being a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare 4 Kids is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to fill the position of Supervisor at our Before and After School Program in Pilot Butte.
Overview of Responsibilities Provide full time management of the overall operation of a B&A; Program
Perform all administration duties
Ensure a protected, fun, and positive environment for all children
Supervise, encourage, and motivate support staff
Work with other Program Supervisors to create monthly programming
Attend weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed
Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program
Liaison with school administrators
AM/PM split shifts 6:45-9:00 am / 3:00-6:00 pm daily
11.25 flexible administration hours (weekly average approximately 37.5 hrs)




Qualifications Previous supervisory and administrative experience
Experience working with children
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Strong and consistent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working indoors and out
A current First Aid certificate with CPR
A completed clean Criminal Record Check
The position to begin August 4th, 2026 for training. First day of Program is September 2nd, 2026.
