Job Description Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report
Inspect repaired vehicles
Plan repair work to be performed
Professionalism in customer service
Clean and maintain work space
Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame andunder-body components
File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacementparts into place
Repair or replace interior components
Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofs




Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dentsand seams
Straighten bent frames using frame and under-body pulling and anchoringequipment
Requirements Must have atrades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience inthe same occupation.
M ust haveexperience working with body components, doors and frames, frame straightening,front-end components, interior components, metal cutting, and under-bodycomponents.
Must be able to work in a rapid-paced,physically demanding environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, andperform tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extendedperiods.
Must demonstrate accuracy, dependability,reliability, judgment, excellent oral communication, and be a team player.
