Job Description:
The Hospital Service Specialist role is an in office, field position where you will be the front line for solving reported service issues, and performing preventative maintenance on in-hospital services and equipment installed and managed by LOC Medical. This work includes, but if not limited to:

Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and diagnosing, computer and cloud based interactive systems, repairing CATV/IP television systems and electronic equipment

Acts as on-site team member, supporting remote LOC Medical operations and sales staff





Maintain administrative documentation (i.e. maintenance log book, repair tags, certificate of completion, etc.) according to company standards

The successful candidate will be required to work in various healthcare facilities within the GTA Region (Including Trillium Health Partners, Scarborough Health Network, and University Health Network)

The successful candidate will be required to travel to these various healthcare facilities by means of their own transportation.

Required Qualifications:

Experience repairing, replacing, and installing devices (tablets, TVs, etc.) in the field

Experience working in hospital environment considered an asset

As LOC Medical operates within the healthcare field, and this role work primarily in healthcare facilities, the candidate will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check, and provided required proof of vaccinations as required by Canadian healthcare facilities
