Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate care plans and implement necessary changes
• Administer treatments and manage medication protocols
• Facilitate resident conferences and care discussions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care
• Address and manage significant changes in residents' health

Requirements:
• Must hold current RPN registration
• Experience in senior living/applied nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and customer focus skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
