As an LPN, you will operate within a team-oriented team to assess, plan, and implement nursing care based on BCCNM practice standards. You will maintain detailed patient records, assist in patient transitions, and ensure a safe, clean environment for both patients and staff. This role also provides opportunities for ongoing training and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient strengths and preferences
• Contribute to care plan development and updates




• Provide patient-centered nursing interventions
• Maintain records of patient care and progress
• Help new staff acclimate to the team

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
• Current registration as an LPN with BCCNM
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of using necessary medical equipment
• Able to meet the physical demands of patient care
