Modine is searching for a dedicated individual for its welding team focusing on high-quality work with light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. You will read blueprints, ensure quality compliance, and maintain welding equipment. A detail-oriented mindset and ability to solve technical challenges are required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding on various materials
• Accurately read and interpret technical blueprints
• Meet company and industry weld quality standards
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on welding tools
• Promote a secure and organized work atmosphere

Requirements:
• Journeyman Welder Certification or minimum of 3rd apprenticeship year
• Hands-on experience with FCAW and GMAW welding
• Skill in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with welding maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
