Premier Equipment is looking for a diligent Parts Consultant to provide exceptional support at our Ontario dealership. Help farmers and technicians access the right parts efficiently while enhancing their experience.

As a Parts Consultant, you will use your expertise to assist customers in locating parts, manage inventory, and maintain showroom conditions. Your problem-solving acumen and customer-first approach will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations during peak seasons. You'll also participate in internal sales initiatives, further expanding your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster internal and external customer satisfaction through parts sales
• Keep showroom displays appealing and up to date
• Promote and merchandise available parts and accessories
• Verify, stock,



and order necessary parts inventory
• Fulfill other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager

Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in parts or service roles
• Ability to use diagrams and software for parts identification
• Robust math skills for processing transactions
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive team attitude
• High school diploma or GED required
