Responsibilities
Support pharmacists and technicians in delivering high-quality patient care
Greet customers and handle phone inquiries professionally
Assist with prescription entry, labelling, and packaging
Accurately count and prepare medications
Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain stock levels
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
Perform clerical duties and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
Support daily pharmacy operations as needed
Qualifications
Previous pharmacy assistant experience preferred
Pharmacy Assistant diploma is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kroll
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and handle physical tasks
Adaptable availability, including occasional weekends
Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
