Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, high-touch service to clients throughout the entire sales journey. We are a no‑pressure environment.
Build strong, long‑term client relationships and maintain client records.
Appear in‑store content and assist with social media when required.
Assist with inventory management, product presentation, and merchandising.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to operational standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.




Ideal Candidate Proven sales and customer service skills.
Not shy about social media and comfortable appearing in brand content.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High level of personal integrity and skilled ethics.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently when required.
Comfortable working with computers and retail software systems.
Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory.
