Join Trinity Western University as a Visit Experience Coordinator, a part time role focused on enhancing the campus visit experience for prospective students. This engaging position runs from August to April.

You will be instrumental in welcoming visitors and conducting tailored campus tours that reflect the values of TWU. Your responsibilities will encompass event execution support, visit coordination, and managing communication with prospective students in a friendly and organized manner. Flexibility in your schedule is necessary to accommodate various events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and host individual visits and campus tours
• Manage scheduling and logistics for admissions events
• Support event execution and smooth visitor experiences




• Conduct post-visit follow-ups and interactions via CRM
• Represent TWU's mission and academic offerings enthusiastically

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years in admissions or related fields
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
