Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is in search of a passionate Early Childhood Educator to support preschool-age children's learning and development. This role emphasizes planning individualized instruction, assessing development, and working closely with families. You’ll create a safe, engaging environment while enhancing cognitive and social-emotional growth. Collaboration with other staff will be key in promoting comprehensive wellness among children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a protected learning environment for preschool children
• Develop curriculum that meets children’s developmental needs




• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain documentation
• Engage families through communication and home visits
• Lead and support classroom staff and volunteers

Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 6 months experience teaching preschool-aged kids
• Oregon Registry Step 9 or higher required
• Ability to model positive teaching practices
• Commitment to confidentiality of family information
