Wheatley is an Accredited Montessori School (serving ages 18 months to Grade 4) and an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School (Grades 5 to 8).

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and fully trained CASA teacher to join our team for the current school year 2024/2025.

Key Requirements

MACTE‑accredited Primary Diploma is a must.

Experience

Previous experience working with CASA‑age children (2.5 to 6 years).

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence and curiosity.

Skills & Attributes

Strong oral and written English communication skills.





Solid understanding of child development and Montessori principles.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for early childhood education.

Strong work ethic with consistent dependability and punctuality.

Additional Requirements

Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check.

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the start).
