Job Description Provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. Provides professional consultation and cooperative support as an interdisciplinary team member.
Education Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license

Knowledge & Abilities Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to social and cultural diversity
Knowledge and practical application of the Mental Health Services Act and Health Information Protection Act and other legislation

Ability to prepare reports in a clear, concise and timely manner.
