The team at Fitzgerald Dentistry located in Ottawa , ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate on our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

SCHEDULE

35-40 hours per week

Monday 8-4:30pm

Tuesday 8-4:30pm

Thursday 8-4:30pm

Friday 8-1pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3+ year of experience is an asset as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such as Adbeldent is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
