Responsibilities

Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost-effective manner

Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.





Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products.

Qualifications

Demonstrates technical trouble‑shooting abilities.

Proficient technical skills and aptitude

Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues.

Must be a team player.

PC Application and/or Networking fundamentals

Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
