360 Painting is a well‑known, fast‑growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial re‑repaints, featured as Entrepreneur Magazine’s top‑ranked painting company in 2018 & 2019. 360 Painting seeks a Residential/Light Commercial Painting subcontractor for year‑round work. We offer a variety of painting projects and services to our customers and always provide quality work and job performance. Painters are the heart of our mission to beautify our communities.
What You Will Receive
Work as an Independent Contractor - part‑time or full‑time - on your own schedule.
A clearly detailed scope of work with every Job Order (based on customer’s needs)
Professional Office Support - scheduling, customer support, and job tracking.
Successful marketing campaign that brings us well‑qualified customers.
Branded apparel and signage.
Responsibilities
Execute on‑site job requirements.
Choose products and application methods that meet safety, functionality, and performance guidelines.
Answer customer questions to the best of your ability.
Clean up job site after each job is completed.
Pull inventory as needed to complete jobs.
Come prepared with tools and equipment needed for the work.
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding,
sandblasting or other methods as necessary.
Mix, match, and blend paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties; caulk, putty, cement or plaster holes and cracks.
Paint using brush, roller, spray gun or another applicator.
Prepare wall and hang paper or other wall covering material.
Evaluate customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and present a description of a work order to the customer.
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least one year of painting experience.
Must have tools, work vehicle and good references.
Must have an active contractor license and general liability insurance.
Must pass a screening process that includes background checks.
Knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the residential/commercial paint field.
Ability to learn and teach recent processes.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customers, and the general public.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
1+ years of painting experience required.
