This role centers on overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage departments, ensuring seamless service for our guests. You will play a key role in training your team and collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance our dining programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations at The Cliff House Restaurant
• Communicate guest feedback for service enhancement
• Mentor and guide food service staff effectively




• Collaborate on innovative food & beverage programming
• Build rapport with guests to enrich their experiences

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience supervising in Food & Beverage
• Knowledge of POS systems and RTP is a plus
• Food Safe Level II and Serving It Right certifications considered an asset
• Must be of legal drinking age for supervising roles
• Comfortable working in variable weather conditions
