As a Best Practices Lead, you will collaborate with the Group Underwriting leadership to implement innovative initiatives that drive efficiency and skill enhancement.

Your work will include conducting quality reviews of underwriting cases and ensuring all team members are supported with extensive training. Key Responsibilities:

- Align tools and processes to best practices
- Facilitate training for underwriting team members
- Quality review of complex underwriting scenarios
- Release monthly Underwriting Bulletin as necessary
- Collaborate with EIS, Finance, and IT teams Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of Group Underwriting experience
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Initiative and results-oriented mindset
