This role is fundamental to improving our AI agent platform for customer support, addressing high-impact challenges in onboarding, activation, and revenue conversion. You'll collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Designer, operating with speed and adaptability in a data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate onboarding flows and activation surfaces
- Design A/B and multivariate experiments with clear metrics
- Own experiments from scoping to measuring outcomes




- Develop lightweight internal tools and enhance growth infrastructure
- Contribute to any initiative improving growth metrics Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and embeddings
- Robust instincts for experimentation and data-driven decision-making
