As a Growth Engineer, you will report directly to the Director of Product Growth and work closely with our Product Manager and Designer.

You will dive into high-leverage problems, creating experiments that drive onboarding, activation, and revenue conversion. Your agility in coding and adaptability will be key, as you'll quickly adjust strategies based on real-time data and insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate onboarding flows to boost sign-up rates
- Design A/B tests and analyze data to drive decisions




- Own experiments from scoping to achieving outcomes
- Create lightweight internal tools to support team efficiency
- Engage in any activity that impacts product growth Requirements:
- 3-6 years of full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies like LLMs or embeddings
- Ability to independently manage full development cycles
