P2: Saturday and Sunday 2400hrs to 0800hrsResponsibilities for Healthcare Protection Security Guard Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity

Lead a team of trained Security guards

Verify identities and control access to secure areas

React quickly to threats or incidents





Responding to code

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Document incidents and actions taken

Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Collaborate with law enforcement during responsible incidents

Qualifications for Healthcare Protection Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid Manitoba security license

First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain

Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain

Ability to stand and walk entire shift

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in the security industry (asset)

Tactical experience (Asset)

Customer service oriented

Leadership and problem-solving skills
