At CityKidz, our mission is to support children living in challenging environments through mentoring and meaningful experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow mentors to build trusted relationships and aid youth in their transitions towards education and professional opportunities. Your influence will help cultivate resilience and inspire dreams in a safe and engaging setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and support young people positively
• Act as a mentor, providing valuable guidance
• Collaborate in small group facilitation with others




• Promote teamwork and cooperation during activities
• Advocate for the organization’s core values during youth interactions

Requirements:
• Required age is 21+ years
• Background in youth mentorship is preferred
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
• Robust judgment in assessing youth needs
