Scheduled for August 20, 2026, at GlenArbour Golf Course in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, this event invites 12 volunteers to assist in ensuring its success. Your contributions will include registration, managing event stations, and providing on-course support. Join us to help create a welcoming atmosphere for participants and sponsors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet attendees and support registration tasks
• Oversee the putting challenge and manage participant interactions
• Assist in setting up silent auction displays and signage




• Welcome sponsors and provide them with necessary support
• Monitor designated holes for any hole-in-one accomplishments

Requirements:
• Age requirement: 18 years and older
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach
• Ability to work outdoors and handle cash transactions
• Appropriate golf attire required for event day
• Previous experience in events or customer service valued
