Join our dynamic kitchen team! The Bella Vista Inn is seeking a skilled full time cook. Experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for culinary excellence are an asset. This position has the potential to turn into full-time for the right candidate.
Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure productive workflow
Assist with meal preparation and plating




Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
