We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to be the manager of out guests experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of food service and beverage will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience.
Pay Range: $24 - $35 per hour. 35 - 44 hours per week.

Duties Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the bar and expo area.
Maintain inventory of wine and alcohol
Prepare cocktails and drinks for people
Take and manage bookings for bakery, catering, events, dinner
Light bookkeeping. Knowledge of QBO is an asset
Event Management
Social Media Management. This is mostly picture taking and light posting.
Management of cash and till reports
Invoicing clients
Serve food
Take orders
Answer the phone




Stay knowledgeable about our story, mission, food, drinks, and culture
Foster a positive work setting through effective personal management and work ethic
Qualifications Proven experience as a server within the restaurant or hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
Smart Serve Certification Required
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Food Handling Safety Certificate Required
Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
