Annual Salary Range: Level 6 ($41,263 – $45,941)

Vacation: 4% vacation paid out every pay.

Ontario Pioneer Camp seeks a Seasonal Head Cook to join their Food Services team at the Ontario Pioneer Camp located in Port Sydney, ON from June 1 – September 4, 2026. Possibility for an ongoing full-time position after initial contract.

The Seasonal Head Cook is responsible for all aspects of running a kitchen during summer camp, including meal planning and preparation, kitchen cleanliness, guest interactions, inventory and supervision of both kitchen volunteers and colleagues.

Employment is conditional upon a explicit police reference check. The successful candidate must be able to submit to InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement documents (Statement of Faith, Vision and Aims and Community Covenant).

Please note that this position is only open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or those with Canadian open work permits.
