Shift may rotate including days/evenings/weekends/modified work wk.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders

Suggest additional items as recommended

Assist in all areas such as tidying, stocking and merchandising

Receive and count inventory

Build and maintain customer and coworker relationships





Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Ag parts/machinery knowledge

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Experience working with software systems

Ability to lift heavy parts

Valid driver's license

Work flexible/extended hours and weekends

Farming background/experience an asset

2+ years experience in a Parts environment

Red Seal in Parts an asset
