Provide individualized support to children, adolescents, and adults across different Cedar Heights locations, including Mono and Markham. Your role includes working various shifts to ensure continuous support, with training resources available to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client participation in life skills training
• Support educational and recreational programs tailored to client needs
• Oversee hygiene support and safety checks for residents
• Promote autonomy and self-efficacy through advocacy
• Attend training workshops to develop your qualified skills
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in sociology, psychology, or related field
• Experience with disabilities and individualized support plans
• Ability to manage crises and respond with compassion
• Must pass background checks and health testing
• Valid G driver's license and vehicular access required
