We are accredited by the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators and listed with the Ontario Ministry of Education as an independent school. We currently provide an authentic Montessori education enhanced with music, art and outdoor education for children aged 18 months to 14 years old. Position Overview
Mildenhall Montessori is seeking an extraordinary Casa Lead Guide to start immediately. This is a full time position working with children from age 3 to 6.

Responsibilities

Guide children from age 3 to 6.

Report directly to the Principal of the School.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Casa certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference).

Sound understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.

Solid organizational and teamwork skills.





Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate positively and openly with parents.

Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $38,600 – $75,400 annual salary.
