Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and service client insurance needs with care
• Write new policies while retaining existing business
• Conduct outbound calls and manage client inquiries
• Collaborate with Underwriters on policy guidelines




• Participate in training and community initiatives actively

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year personal insurance experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customers-first mentality with solid organizational abilities
• RIBO License and experience with Epic are assets
• Solid ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
