FC Durham Academy is on the lookout for passionate Youth Soccer Coaches for our Academy and Performance Programs. Coaches will implement FC Durham’s technical curriculum in training sessions designed for optimal player growth. Collaborating with the Technical Director and performance staff will be key to ensuring a cohesive development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement training sessions to enhance skills
• Encourage sportsmanship and individual development
• Lead practices and competitions for youth teams
• Report on player attendance and growth
• Engage in community and club events

Requirements:
• Ontario Soccer Grassroots Coaching Certification
• Minimum C License (National or Provincial) required
• Valid Police Check / Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Background in youth soccer coaching preferred
