In the Front Desk Associate position, you'll work Saturdays and Sundays from 5AM to 2PM at Planet Fitness. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, answering inquiries, and supporting their fitness journeys in our Judgement Free Zone. A passion for service and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist members and guests
• Promote club policies while supporting members on the floor
• Resolve any member issues and involve a manager if needed
• Provide accurate assistance via phone and in person
• Oversee cleanliness of equipment and facilities

Requirements:
• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification
• Basic computer literacy for membership management
• Strong empathetic communication skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive approach
