Home Medical Equipment Delivery Driver (full time)
The Home Medical Equipment Delivery Driver is responsible for providing home delivery and pickup of home medical and oxygen equipment products, including respiratory equipment to clients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver, set up, and pick up home medical and oxygen equipment within your assigned route promptly and professionally

You will coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety

Safely load and unload equipment at delivery sites, upholding high safety standards

Identify and communicate any safety hazards at delivery locations

Complete all required regulatory paperwork, including TDG documentation and Vehicle Inspection Reports

Perform routine equipment assessments and identify potential repairs at customer sites

Provide product education and supporting documentation to clients as per company procedures

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to resolve issues promptly

Maintain good housekeeping practices in your work environment and complete daily inventory tasks

Work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available for after-hours and on-call emergency service

Qualifications

You hold a high school diploma or equivalent experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean record

Have 12 months of relevant driving experience and one (1) year in customer service

Demonstrate safety orientation and ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds

Comply with internal policies, procedures, and government regulations

You are able to set priorities, meet tight deadlines, and be proficient in Microsoft 365





Comfortable using smartphone technology and have strong attention to detail

Work well in a team workplace and have strong customer focus

Be dependable, accountable, and fully vaccinated against COVID-19
