In this role, you will facilitate outreach services aimed at engaging unhoused adults in the Penticton area. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, connecting them to housing options, and assisting them in achieving personal goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outreach services to those experiencing homelessness
• Assess needs and develop client support strategies

• Provide transportation for clients when required

Requirements:
• BSW or equivalent post-secondary education
• 2+ years working with high-risk clientele
