Base Crew Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Base Crew Supervisor. The main functions of the Base Crew Supervisor are to supervise laborers and operators through delegation and instruction to prepare the base for asphalt application at worksites.

The supervisor will also operate equipment and perform additional tasks as needed. The supervisor will coordinate with the Operations Manager and the Quality Control Department to ensure that quality work is performed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise laborers and operators on site.

Prepare the base for asphalt application.

Operate equipment as required.

Coordinate with Operations Manager & Quality Control Department for quality assurance.

Qualifications

Experience operating equipment is required.

Dependable, able to work outdoors, and eager for daily challenges.

Benefits & Compensation

Wage depends on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Full‑time, 5–6 days per week, seasonal position with potential for year‑round work (e.g., snow removal).
