We are seeking a highly motivated luxury sales associate with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clientele to join our dynamic team in our new Oakridge Park location.

Duties

Engage with clients through personalized consultations to understand their luxury needs and preferences

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new high-net-worth customers through outside sales efforts

Conduct sales transactions with professionalism, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maximizing value for both the client and the company

Support marketing initiatives by promoting new collections, events, and exclusive offers to clients

Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume





Manage customer relationships post-sale to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business

Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools

Provide bilingual support to serve our diverse clientele effectively

Experience

Proven experience in high-end retail sales or luxury goods industry is preferred

Strong background in jewellery sales is an asset

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques

Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients

Prior experience supporting customer service initiatives within a luxury or retail environment is a plus

Strong organizational skills and basic computer skills

Able to work flexible schedule

Wage is $23-25/hour depending on performance and experience
