and edit content across all channels in both English and Chinese, ensuring qualified tone, consistent messaging, and audience-appropriate style
Independently handle end-to-end short-form and promotional video production, including concept planning, shoot coordination, and post-production editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, posters, in-clinic signage, and e-newsletters
Analyze marketing performance data and KPIs, deliver regular reports, and recommend improvements based on insights
Manage local partnerships and community outreach activities, and represent the clinic at relevant events
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent role, with a proven track record of leading full-cycle marketing projects and cross-functional coordination
Proficiency in website management and maintenance, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), content updates, and basic SEO; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Strong bilingual content creation and editing skills (English and Chinese) with the ability to produce clear, professional,
and culturally sensitive copy across multiple channels
Hands-on video editing skills with the ability to independently produce short-form and promotional videos; proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools required
Experience with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM dashboards, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients and community partners, and representing the clinic at local events or outreach activities
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
