Basic Job Description

Take guests orders on POS register

Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)

Handle guest requests

Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items

Use manual appliances to slice food items

Portion and wrap foods

Package take‑out food

Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars

Keep records of the quantities of food used/prepped

Cross‑train between storefront, drive‑thru, sandwich bar, and baking

Kitchen Helping

Wash and cut vegetables, clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, storage racks, equipment

Receive,



unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

Remove kitchen garbage, handle cleaning products, sweep and mop floors

Dishwashing

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

Scour pots and pans, clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher carts and garbage units

Weight Handling
Up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

Reading text and numbers

Dealing with Canadian currency

Writing, verbal communication, teamwork

Problem solving, decision making, job task planning and organizing

Use of memory

Languages
Must speak/read/write English.
