Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and assess athletes’ skills regularly
• Design tailored training sessions for optimum performance
• Plan and coordinate competitive events and schedules
• Prepare athletes for their upcoming competitions
• Evaluate team performances and adapt training plans

Requirements:
• NCCP Level 1 certification required
• Minimum two years in coaching high-performance sports
• Solid technical knowledge of badminton is essential
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication and organizational skills are a must
