OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing workplace. The company is 150-175 people with the majority in production with the operation running 24 hours a day 5 days a week. The Maintenance Manager will lead a maintenance department of 5-10 electricians and millwrights who are unionized. The successful candidate will be able to implement a CMMS and have the ability to manage capital upgrades during the ongoing modernization of the plant. The incoming candidate must be a long-term thinker and be interested in leading and developing a team transitioning from long time employees retiring to newer employers within a company growing and expanding. Compensation will range from a base salary of 120-140k per year and a bonus structure to hit on target earnings between 150 and 170k.
