The RoleAs a Strategy Director, you’ll help lead that exploration; turning curiosityinto clarity and insight into ideas that earn attention and connection. Beyond surface insights, beyond channels, beyond convention and to shape strategy that connects brand, creativity, and experience into a single, inspiring vision.What You’ll Lead Go further to shape brands people actually connect with. You’ll lead the development of brand positioning and strategic platforms, translating business challenges into clear direction and creative opportunity. You’ll uncover cultural, behavioural, and human insights that give brands relevance and momentum, and you’ll shape how brands show up socially — guiding both paid and organic approaches rooted in how people connect, participate, and express themselves. You’ll also play a critical role in defining ways to keep consumers loyal. Through website and CRM strategy, shaping journeys, content, and lifecycle experiences that feel intuitive, human, and on-brand.Where You’ll Make an Impact Turn insight into ideas that travel. You’ll write transparent,



inspiring briefs that guide creative, content, and experience teams. You’ll ensure ideas move seamlessly across channels and touchpoints — from campaigns to social, websites to CRM ecosystems. In collaboration with media teams (who will sit right next to you).As a senior strategic partner, you’ll lead client conversations, workshops, and presentations with confidence and clarity, while mentoring and elevating strategists across the team.What You Know Deep experience. You bring 8–12+ years of experience in strategy roles within creative, digital, or integrated agencies, with a strong foundation in brand strategy and hands-on experience across social, website, and CRM strategy.You understand culture, platforms, customer journeys, and how brands behave in the real world. You’re comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and practical execution.You’re regularly in brand tracking, social listening and consumer research platforms looking for insights others may have missed to bring forward a unique POV.Client experience in automotive and luxury would be greatly beneficial.How You Think Curious.
