Responsibilities

Support achievement of established sale targets and margins.

Order and price fuel and confectionary merchandise.

Support local community initiatives and fundraising activities.

Provide assistance with marketing and promotional efforts.

Support a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Provide products, assistance, and service to customers.

Assist with staff and customer complaints.

Assist with scheduling, recruitment, and training of new team members.

Complete safety training as required.

OHS Supervision and Safety course required.

Qualifications

Grade 12 Diploma.

1–2 years experience in a supervisory role and leading others.

Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, with solid relationship building and collaboration skills.

Previous retail supervisory experience is an asset.
